The dual-motor brushless three-roller turnstile is developed by Chuangxintong on the basis of the original Pentium series dual-motor three-roller turnstile. This product adopts a new industrial-grade circuit and ARM control system and a unique mechanical design, coupled with the unique transmission technology of the brushless motor and the accurate limit technology, which makes the product revolutionary in terms of performance, softness, environmental protection, life, and cost performance.
Basic functions of dual-motor brushless tripod turnstile
- It has fault self-detection and alarm prompt functions, which is convenient for users to maintain and use.
- It can be connected to any control device output control signal or button or remote control to achieve single and two-way control passage.
- Single and two-way free passage can be set arbitrarily.
- Automatic reset function: It will automatically reset every 120 degrees of rotation, or if it does not pass within the specified time (delay multi-level adjustable), the system will automatically cancel the right to pass.
- Light indication: High-brightness traffic light status indication, guiding passage.
- Anti-tailgating function: Turn 120 degrees for each person passing. If someone follows the gate, it will automatically lock and alarm.
- Fire input: It can be connected to the fire alarm signal to achieve uninterrupted power-down and normal opening.
- Memory function: Accurate signal memory. When receiving legal signals for multiple times in a row, it will automatically reset after detecting the last person passing, greatly improving the speed of passage. (This function can be selected by dialing)
- Alarm prompt function: When passing illegally or rushing the gate, an alarm prompt will be automatically issued.
- Anti-reversal function: If a reversal occurs during the passage, the gate bar will automatically lock and alarm will be issued. After the reversal external force disappears, the passage will automatically resume.
- Anti-buffering function: When passing illegally or rushing the gate, the gate bar will automatically rotate to the corresponding angle and lock to achieve humanized injury prevention. It will automatically reset when the external force disappears.
- Unattended: The gate bar will automatically drop when the power is off, and automatically go up when the power is on.
- Dynamic prompt: When receiving a legal pass signal, the gate rod automatically rotates about 5 degrees, and a light touch will gently rotate to the next reset point and then stop.
