I. CXT-BW150 swing gate new product description
Chuangxintong’s new generation of brushless anti-collision swing gate is another epoch-making new high-tech channel product carefully developed for the harsh environment of various pedestrian and vehicle passages. The product adopts a new ARM control system and advanced brushless motor industrial-grade control circuit and unique DFC technology, coupled with scientific mechanical transmission design, so that the product has achieved revolutionary transcendence and baptism in terms of performance, life, stability and cost performance!
II. Functional description
l It has fault self-detection and alarm prompt functions, which is convenient for users to maintain and use.
l It can be connected to any control device output control signal or button or remote control to achieve single and two-way control passage.
l Automatic reset function: Every 90 degrees of swing and after detecting people and objects passing through, it will automatically reset, or if it does not pass within the specified time (delay multi-level adjustable), the system will automatically cancel the right of passage and return to the initial position.
l Light indication: High-brightness traffic light status indication to guide traffic.
l Anti-tailgating function:
1. When the person and object in front pass through, during the process of swing arm resetting, if someone follows or rushes through the gate, the swing arm will automatically reverse thrust to block and alarm.
2. (When equipped with infrared detection) When the person and object in front have not completely passed, if someone follows and breaks in, the infrared will start the alarm.
3. Passing mode and passing mode are optional.
l Fire input: It can be connected to the fire alarm signal to realize the uninterrupted power drop pole normally open.
l Alarm prompt function: When illegal passage or rushing through the gate, an alarm prompt will be automatically issued.
l Adjustable speed: The speed of opening and closing of the swing arm is adjustable in multiple levels, and users can set it according to actual needs.
l A new generation of industrial-grade ARM control system, with additional multi-functional digital setting, encryption and reset functions.
l Anti-reversal function: During the resetting process of the swing arm, if an external force reverses the swing arm, the swing arm will automatically start the reverse thrust and sound an alarm. After the external force disappears, it will automatically return to zero position to resume traffic.
l Automatic protection function: When the external force prevents the normal movement of the swing arm, and the external force is continuous, the system will automatically detect and automatically protect after 20 seconds and enter the dormant state. When the next legal signal is input, the gate will automatically return to normal.
l Multi-level anti-collision buffer function: When illegal passage or gate rushing, the gate bar buffers the corresponding angle and starts the immediate reverse thrust, and starts the alarm at the same time, which greatly reduces the mechanical damage caused by frequent or continuous collisions while realizing humanized injury prevention.
l Unmanned duty: The swing arm automatically opens when the power is off, and automatically resets when the power is on (blocking traffic).
