Chuangxintong CXT-BW130SL brushless swing gate is another epoch-making new high-tech channel product carefully developed for pedestrians. This product adopts a new industrial-grade circuit ARM control system and a simple and scientific mechanical transmission design, plus the intelligent transmission technology of brushless motors, which makes this product revolutionary in terms of performance, life, stability and cost performance!
Brief description of brushless swing gate function
It has fault self-detection and alarm prompt functions, which is convenient for users to maintain and use.
It can be connected to any control device output control signal or button or remote control to achieve single and two-way control of passage.
Automatic reset function: After swinging 90 degrees and detecting people and objects passing through, it will automatically reset, or if it does not pass within the specified time (delay multi-speed adjustable), the system will automatically cancel the right to pass and return to the initial position.
Light indication: High-brightness traffic light status indication, guiding passage.
Anti-tailgating function:
1. When the person and object in front pass through, during the process of swing arm resetting, if someone follows or rushes through the gate, the swing arm will automatically reverse thrust to block and alarm.
2. (When equipped with infrared detection) When the person and object in front have not completely passed, if someone follows and breaks in, the infrared will start the alarm.
3. Passing mode and passing mode are optional.
Fire input: It can be connected to the fire alarm signal to realize the uninterrupted power drop pole normally open.
Alarm prompt function: Automatically issue an alarm prompt when illegal passage or rushing through the gate.
Adjustable speed: The speed of opening and closing of the swing arm is multi-level adjustable, and users can set it according to actual needs.
The new generation of industrial-grade ARM control system has added multi-functional digital setting, encryption and reset functions.
Anti-reversal function: During the process of swing arm resetting, if an external force reverses the swing arm, the swing arm will automatically start the reverse thrust and issue an alarm, and automatically return to zero position to resume passage after the external force disappears.
Automatic protection function: When external force prevents the swing arm from moving normally, and the external force is continuous, the system will automatically detect and automatically protect after 20 seconds and enter the dormant state. When the next legal signal is input, the gate will automatically return to normal.
Multi-level anti-collision buffer function: When illegal passage or gate rush occurs, the gate bar buffers the corresponding angle and starts the immediate reverse thrust, and starts the alarm at the same time, which not only realizes humanized injury prevention but also greatly reduces the mechanical damage caused by frequent or continuous collisions.
Unmanned duty: The swing arm is automatically open when the power is off, and automatically resets when the power is on (blocking passage).
